Our Business Terms
Terms & Conditions

These are the standard terms on which we work with our customers. If anything below is unclear, please just ask us — we're happy to walk you through anything before you commit.

Quotes and orders
How the ordering process works from first design to confirmed order.
All written quotes we provide are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this, prices may need to be re-checked as our suppliers occasionally update their pricing.
An order is confirmed once you have paid your deposit. At this point, the specification, colours, finishes and dimensions on your quote are what we will supply.
Once your order is confirmed, changes may be possible but could affect price and lead time. We will always tell you clearly what any change will cost before proceeding.
Delivery and installation
What to expect once your project is under way.
Delivery
Kitchen lead times are generally 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, though this can vary depending on supplier stock and manufacturing schedules. We will give you a delivery window as early as possible and keep you informed of any changes.
Once your goods arrive at our premises from the manufacturer, we'll invoice the second payment and then arrange onward delivery to you once it's cleared. On delivery day, please make sure someone is available to receive the goods and that access to the property is clear.
Installation
We'll agree an installation date once we receive the order confirmation from the supplier and have a delivery week confirmed.
We offer fully project-managed installations, arranging our own plumbers, gas engineers, electricians and other trades as needed — so you don't have to coordinate them yourself.
Worktops
A note on how quartz, granite and other stone worktops work.
Stone and quartz worktops follow a slightly different process to cabinets and other kitchen elements. Once your kitchen base units are installed, a fabricator visits to template your worktops — creating a precise pattern of the shapes needed.
The templates are then confirmed with you before the slab is cut. This is the point at which the second instalment is invoiced, because once the stone is cut to your specific measurements it cannot be used elsewhere.
The worktops are then delivered and installed directly on site by the fabricator, usually in a single visit. The final 20% is due on completion of the installation.
Cancellations and changes
Your rights and our position if plans change.
Our products are made or ordered specifically for you, so cancellation rights work a little differently to buying an off-the-shelf item.
- Before your deposit is paid: no charge — the order is not yet confirmed.
- After deposit, before goods are ordered from our suppliers: we will refund your deposit less any costs already incurred (design work, site surveys, etc.).
- After goods have been ordered from our suppliers: because your items are being made to your specification, we cannot always cancel with the supplier and any deposit may be non-refundable in whole or part. We will always be transparent about what can and can't be recovered.
- Changes after order: we will do our best to accommodate changes, and will always confirm any effect on price or lead time before proceeding.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Ownership and risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk for damage to the goods passes to you on delivery for supply-only orders. For our fully project-managed installations, risk remains with us until the project is complete and signed off.
For supply-only orders, please inspect items on arrival and let us know of any transit damage within 48 hours.
Warranty and aftercare
Your protection after installation is complete.
All goods we supply come with the manufacturer's warranty as standard. Cabinetry, appliances, worktops and other components have varying warranty periods depending on the maker — we'll always tell you what each one is.
Our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. If anything installed by us fails within that period through no fault of use or misuse, we will put it right at no cost to you.
Standard warranties do not cover damage caused by wear and tear, incorrect use, or work done by others after installation.
If you have a warranty issue, get in touch — we're a small business with a long-standing local reputation and we take aftercare seriously.
Our liability
We will do our best to ensure everything we supply and install meets the highest standards. If something goes wrong, our liability will be limited to the value of the goods or services in question.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your data and privacy
We only collect the information we need to design, quote, deliver and install your project — typically your name, contact details, address, and project requirements.
We keep your details securely, never sell them, and only share them with third parties (such as our suppliers or delivery partners) where necessary to complete your order.
If you'd like to know what data we hold about you, or would like us to delete it, please contact us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Questions?
If you have any questions about these terms — before, during or after a project — please get in touch. We'd much rather talk something through than leave you wondering.
